Alessandra Ambrosio in a Bikini!

Looking at Alessandra in these photos, it’s hard to believe she has resently had a baby!Â Yes, she gave birth too a baby girl just a few short months before!Â How could she get her body back so quickly?.. is she super human?..Â No, it took hard work and dedication!Â NY Daily News reports:

But Ambrosio did what she could - climbing, walking and using ankle weights in the early stages.Â She later segued to cardio and Carvalho’s own special Brazilian Buttlift workout - a combination of ballet, squats, lunges and capoeira - for two hours a day.

“She gained quite a lot of weight” during her pregnancy, Carvalho said. “She was indulging herself in delicious Brazilian food [and] she had to pay the price.”

Ambrosio admits she enjoyed “a lot of ice cream,” but says “there’s no magic” to bouncing back - just hard work.

I for one, just want to say that she looks incredible.. and that she needs to share her trainers phone number with a few in Hollywood..Â Â
