Ashley Tisdale made an appearance at the MTV VMA Show last night, and she took her bigger lips with her..Â The 23-year-old actress is no stranger to plastic surgery and she had a nose job in the Winter of 2007 due to claims of a deviated septum.Â I’m not even sure what that is, but it must have something to do with Hollywood and fitting in and not looking like Pinocchio..Â getting laughed at by others..Â (I think)

I wonder what medical condition she will blame the need for fuller lips on.. It’s probably between her and her doctors and boyfriend.. that stuff is personal!
