Britney Spears Donates Portrait for Charity

The come-back Queen, or is it Queen of come-backs, has donated a portrait of herself to the Promises Foundation, which provides behavioral health services to low-income women and their children, on behalf of the singer and her family.Â AceShowBiz reports:

The portrait, 5-by-4-foot, features the singer exposing her belly in black-colored pants and covering her naked breasts with both of her hands.

The portrait is put on eBay with a starting bid of $10,000. It is accompanied with a letter of authenticity from her father, Jamie Spears, which read “I hereby verify that the portrait of my daughter, Britney, has been in our home since it was completed by the Daniel Maltman Studio.”

(The portrait has since been pulled by e-bay, and is no longer on the site)

So then, we are saying that her parents had a topless portrait of their daughter displayed in the house?Â That must have made a great conversation piece..

Does this not explain why Britney’s behavior has seemed erratic and destructive at times?Â With parents like these,Â she isn’t a complete druggie or alcoholic.. no attempts of suicide.. she’s turned out pretty good!
