Mandy Moore… the girls got talent! She is a sexy actress, singer and songwriter, but what surprised me was, while reading about her on Chickipedia they write that:

Raised in Orlando, Florida, she was discovered by a Fed Ex delivery guy who overheard her making a demo at a recording studio and tipped off a pal at Sony.
